For all who want "More" than Paranthas, which includes a bad dining experience, a delay of over 40 minutes to grab your first bite and food not worth the attitude of the managers/stewards - this is the place!
To begin, with our man with over 15 years of work experience takes down the wrong order and then insists on eating the same coz he’s already prepared it.
The manager refuses to serve a side dish even on ordering for the same and then goes on to bring a portion after all on the table are done with their meal, stating its "complimentary", but who on the table wants anything complimentary - no idea! They thought it was some kind of a joke!
They charge 10% as service charges, where we weren’t told that it was optional before swiping our card. For a bill coming up to 6K+, tips amounting to Rs.600 is crazy especially for such a treatment(highly pissed off).
In short, the food was ok, but the entire experience was not worth the wait or the price.
IMO, they need to learn a lot more in order to keep the customer happy!
A couple of dishes were good, but that credit would go only to the chef and not the management.
