I am using the Morf RO Water Purifier in my home.First when I purchased, I had a good opinion about them as they sounded very professional.But when the time came for servicing, the company sent two unprofessional boys for servicing the unit.They knew nothing about water purifiers and damaged the unit.Water started leaking from the purifier and it stopped working.So I complained and some other technician came and repaired the unit.Before purchase and at the time of annual contract, they behave and act like they are very professional.After it is over, they act to their true selves and would not attend to phone calls or complaints.Also the quality of the items are very pathetic.It has so many leaking problems.Don’t buy products from Morf.
