Likewise I also took some time to understand the market and the available RO products and finally decided to go ahead with MORF purifier.
Purchased the unit on saturday evening and got it installed by sunday evening. Service persons said they generally dont go for installations on sunday’s. As I am generally not available during week days from morning 8 to night 9 pm, I made a special request for sunday installation & they promptly came and installed it.
As of now looks everything ok in terms of look of the product, user friendly unit, attitude of the sales person & promptness of the service guys.
After using it for some time will share my feedback.
So far the experience is very good.
