I bought iron remover, softner and RO units from Morf india a month back and their post sales support is pathetic. I had to call several times their support help desk but no use but finally the sales person came and explained the weekly maintenance procedure.
They don’t even have the procedure printed in the paper to guide the users. Their RO unit from Kelvinator is working fine but the Iron remover and Softner is complete waste of money. Please check with at least few existing users of these products before wasting your money.
