I recently became a customer for MORF. We bought an independent house in Porur(Chennai) and moved in last year. Earlier we were living right at the heart of Chennai where metro water supply was abundant. There I was using an Aqua Guard for many years and for metro water that was sufficient.
After moving in to the new house, I called Aqua Guard people and asked them whether we can use their purifier for the bore well water. They said yes and we started using the purifier. However, the taste of the purified water was quite bad and the water was stinking badly. When I called the Aqua Guard team a second time, they informed that there was a problem with my ground water. Their replies were not clear and we were a bit confused as to what to do. The water was so bad that it could not be used for even bathing and washing.
We enquired with our neighbourhood and they told that the ground water was very bad in that area and we need to go for water treatment. Many of our neighbours were using MORF water treatment products. Hence we too called MORF since we were told they were experts in water treatment.
It was a very pleasant experience. The next day of our calling, a MORF executive came to our house. Patiently listened to our problems, asked a few questions, jotted down points in his diary, inspected our tap points, bathrooms, overhead tank etc. He finally told that he wanted to test our water in a lab before he could give us their proposal. We agreed and paid the analysis charges. After 3 days, as promised, he again turned up with a report. He spoke to us on the quality of our bore well water and explained the required treatment processes. Finally, he gave us the lab report and his proposal.
All went on very smooth. We placed an order for iron remover, softener, dosing pump and an RO purifier. Of course, it cost a little more. But finally, the water was unbelievably clear and clean. The installation of the products were done with military precision.
We are using the treatment products and the RO purifier for the last 5 months and are very happy with the performance.
MORF team is well trained and the entire process went on like chain-events with out any break any where.
