Had been to Morpheus IVF @ Indiranagar (100ft road) Bangalore for IVF. The lady called Stella at reception is terribly bad at guiding people to their center. We were roaming for almost 40 mins in indiranagar because stella kept on confusing us & could not help us locate the center. She is not aware of the area much. Duh!! Ok, moving on to doctors.
There are three lady doctors - Biraj Kalyan (medical director), Nishad (counsellor) and Vijaya. All three ladies tell the same story reading out from a common ppt. Dr Biraj gets sort of offended when you ask straightforward questions. She answered our questions vaguely.
She kept on telling things in round about manner throughout our discussion. We didn’t felt she can do any good to our case. Phew! Verdict - we dropped the idea of going with them. For blood tests they will call you empty stomach (not even water should be taken) @8:30 and they turn up after 9:15 only. Irritating!
