Morphy Richards is old brand is good for the peoples living in India because here are several customer care centre of Morphy Richards to help but only few works properly.
I have purchased this food processor online for kneading flour and cutting/slicing vegetables. This food processor worked well till 8 months and I use it daily. But after that it getting stopped working and get started automatically. And it’s get overheated and the burning smell comes from the food processor.
I tries to contact customer care and after several attempt I get connected with Morphy Richards customer care through e-mail and explains the whole defect in the product. They promised to send technician next day but technician wouldn’t arrived, I asked again then they told that no technician is available right now, every is at work and I have to wait for two days. But as expected aftet two days no one arrived and I tried to contact again but the number is sometimes busy and sometimes not reachable. Very pathetic customer care.
At last, I goes to nearby electrician, explains my whole issue and he fixes it in two days at very cost of Rs. 450.
I would suggest not to purchase this product.
