We bought this food processor (more than) 2 year back from Akaballys. While buying it we were not very sure if it would be of any help to us.
The choices we had then was Seimens, Maharaja, Sumeet & couple of others. But we choose MR on the basis of functionality provided & the price. And let me tell you we haven’t really regretted it.
The machine is good & the various modules of it are also very useful. Though personally we would like it to have a cocunet scrapper, but then even with out it we can do.
I havent had a ny problems with it and hence cannot comment on the service & support. But the initial introductory session that we had was really good & the technician was well aware of all the aspects of the machine.
The design of the modules are focussed to be extremely safe & hence it cannot cause any casual accidents. The blades are very sharp and the design ensures that the users do not have any problems with the modules. The size of the whole set it also very compact.
At times the fitment of the modules are a bit tight & it is so unless you get used to work with it.
Over all the whole set is a great thing to own.
