Bought product in Oct’12 from Big Bazaar. Within 1 month blades of chutney jar and masala jar (small and medium jars respectively) broke. Have you heard blades of mixy breaking. Says tonnes about cheap material used by Morphy Richards.
Now comes the next harrowing service part fo the story. Filed complaint on 9th Feb’13 with the company, now its 20 days and counting they haven’t bothered to repair. I am fed up with follow-ups. They are not bothered. Bad product and worst service.
