I bought Morphy Richards Juicer Mixer grinder a couple of years back. The way it was explained to me by the salesperson in Landmark, Forum Mall, Bangalore was excellent.
I started using only juicer in the first few days and it works fantastic & I was very much impressed with the way it takes out juice from a fruit. Though cleaning the juicer is a headache, it was negligible as compared to the quality of juicer.
The actual problem started when I started using the mixie jars. Its one of the worst mixie I’ve ever seen.
It doesn’t cut the small pieces of coconut when I was expecting it to make it a masala. I had to grate the coconut for my mixie to work as expected.
After an year, when I wanted it to grind rice to semi solid, it started turning it to a light blue color. I dont know if it was always like that or the usage for about an year made it that way. But I was afraid to use it any more.
I exchanged it with a new mixie after 18-20 months of tiresome usage for about 1000/-
My advice is not to buy this guy at all. If you own it now, try and grind a little rice.
