Generally I don;t write a review of products but I thought of saving thousands of other people who might be thinking of buying Morphy Richards JMG. I have got my mixer serviced more than 13 times in last 20 months but still the quality of plastic used is way below standard. Service is so poor in Delhi that you keep calling the Bajaj support but no one listen to your problem. In July 2010 warranty will expire and I will need to buy a new Mixer/Juicer/Grinder.
Plastic used in Jar’s base is of very cheap quality and hair line cracks appear after every 2-3 use. We are family of just 2 people so you can imagine how much usage we have.
