Morphy Richards Europa is nonsense. I bought this to save time to make coffee but it was a mistake.
#1. User friendly: This product is not user friendly at all. You won’t be able to operate it without pilling the coffee, sugar on the slab or wherever you put this. The holding of coffee and sugar are too narrow that you have you find a special spoon to insert the coffee and sugar in it and since the capacity is less it need frequent refill which make you think why you bought it. Operational button are sleek but after a while don’t press well.
#2. Durability: This machine is not durable as the plastic is very clumsy and produces a burning smell and you just doesn’t feel right. It has to be something that you can let run automatically and you have coffee when you need but it does entire the opposite and since the build quality is low there is no question about durability it is very bad product and you will be very unhappy each time you use it. The filter pack is an additional expense if you want some different types of coffee and for this brand filters are expensive and not readily available too because this isn’t a popular model.
#3. Handy: It’s handy if doesn’t not occupies much space but that’s all Handy’s is it. Use wise it’s not handy at all because the steam hose after you have used it drips and if you do not know this then you’ll have to be ready to clean the mess. Seriously it seem that they forget to do a good testing after making this product.
#4. Style & Design: Yes it’s both and that’s the reason you might get fooled. So if you can you have to buy this or I would say any coffee machine after a run else do not bother yourself and waste your money.
#5. Service & Support: It’s very nice. they come and attend complaint fast and at the promised time and talk wisely.
Since the main thing here the product inside the good looking machine. This machine produces plastic burning aroma and it is not just a piece I gifted same machine to my sister and she said same things. Please do not buy this product.
