I purchased a Murphy Richards Iron (Model Super Glide) about two years back.It suddenly stopped heating.I took it to the authorised agency in Bangalore Prerana Electronics (mob:98443 89484) who kept it with them for almost 2 months and returned to me saying they can not repair it since ’Sole’ is defective and the replacement is not available in Bangalore.I now hear from my friends that after sales service of Murphy Richards is very poor.
I had a Philips Iron with me earlier which I purchased about 8 years back and is still working.I regret my choice.
