Regret my purchase of Murphy Richard Cruiser Steam Iron from M/s Lightco, Karol Bagh, New Delhi vide Bill No. 3834 dated 9.2.2010. On 2nd Dec.10 I lodged a complaint vide ref 50L and your technician visited and could not able to repair leakage of water even in two visits and inspite of my unsatisfactory remarks no feedback checked by your service supervisors and nothing turned around. On checking your customer care on 15th Dec.2010, I was advised to lodged my fresh complaint and new complaint No. 480L is given to me and assured some one visit the same day but nobody turns up, then I spoke to your representatives Jay on 16th to 18th of
Dec.10 on each time I was promised that one of senior technician will visit but nobody turned up till date and lastly I have with no other alternative to deposit my steam Iron to the shopkeeper from whom I have purchased the iron i.e. M/s Lightco, Karol Bagh who promised me to get work done by Tuesday i.e. 28th Dec. 2010. I enquired on 29th about the product and who replied the iron is with the company and will inform as and when it comes. I request you to kindly arrange for replacement of the iron at the earliest and instruct your staff suitably.
Even my previous feedback on company’s website is unanswered which is highly regrettable. The image of Murphy Richard is on stake if you deal like this. Deepak Oberoi #9810146809 30.12.2010
