This is the horrible product I have ever seen. This worked only 10 days after purchase. Customer care is worst. After long fight with customer care somehow I got 2 numbers of their managers. I tried calling them to explain but none picked up. This is very common to them. I am not sure why big online shopping sites are entertaining them. Horrible service providers. for the same issue in 20 days span I have complained 4 times. Every time, the service representative comes to check the product and says everything is fine. after he left when we use it for real then it stops with in 5 min. I don’t know what to do with this. Except for museum, nothing useful.
