I bought it for 7k on discounted price and I must say that I have been using it for juicing only. That itself is a consuming process. You have to fit so many things together and then clean it up bit by bit. Some times it heats up and produces lot of noise while making juice continuously and starts trembling as well. I regret buying it sometimes, but anyway it’s doing the work anyhow.
I would give it a very low score when it comes to being user friendly because of it’s really small user manual as well. It doesn’t have a very good pictorial detail about the working. I think it’s very priced and they should provide a CD with video tutorials at least!
It is durable but yes it has it’s tweaks of heating and being over loaded.
It’s not really handy. You will need to have a separate cupboard for keeping it’s parts safe.
Style and design is good but anyhow that doesn’t help with it’s usage.
Service numbers are working and they provide at home service as well.
I would not recommend this food processor to people who are using it for the first time.
