Bad after sale services

Hello, my name is Smeeta A Prabhoo. I bought a Morphy Richards Effectivo JMG from star cj alive. The jmg was delivered to me on 6th December 2010.


I made the gravy paste in the jmg and put it in the curry. the curry was stinking of kerosene or some similar oil. I had to throw away all the curry.


Even  after washing the jar with soap water for quiet a few times I could not get rid of the smell . I filed a complaint at the service centre.


A person arrived from the service centre  on 18th of December 2010 and took away both the jars saying that he would replace them.


I haven’t got back my jars yet. on inquiring I am told that the jars have been misplaced and hence nothing is being done. I am a resident of Mahim, Mumbai. Hope something is done about your after sale service and I get my JMG jars back.
