I want to share my review on Morphy Richards Mixer and Grinder and I have purchased this Mixer in IFB and I have purchased this in November 2016 and the jars are also available with this grinder for mixing purpose and I am not satisfied with the functioning of this machine.
Ease of use:
The usage of this device is similar to the other machines but the problem is there is a tuner to select and the main supply and if we off the main supply it is in the same position only and again after on button is pressed it continues.
Durability:
The durability of this device is very low because the glass that is present on the jar is easily broken and after a week of my purchase it stopped working.
Ease of cleaning:
The cleaning of the jars is easy and the cleaning of the mixer at the strikes is difficult to clean and the strains are fixed on it only.
Style and the design:
The style and the design of this machine are similar to other and the weight is also high than the other branded mixers and the grinders.
Service and the support:
The service and the support are very poor and if we call to them to raise a complaint they are not providing any information about the service center and other details.
