I have raised a complaint(complaint # 5621686) regarding my toaster on 13-Oct-2014. Your service agent Mr Vikas came(96543864**) and bring the toaster with him to check the issue.
It’s been a long time now and neither the issues got resolved nor I received the toaster back. This is how you provide customer service? What should I do now? Kindly advise.
