We bought a Morphy Richards OTG 2 years ago. It has a good design and is simple to use. However it stopped working suddenly last month, and we have been chasing their service centre for over 20 days but nobody seems to be able to find the part or repair the machine.
Now they have stopped responding as well. There doesn’t seem to be any Manager or proper Service centre in Delhi!!. POOR SERVICE.
As compared to this Phillips or LG or Baja is more prompt at service. Request someone to get in touch at mishra.ad@gmail.com
