I have bought this Morphy Richards OTG 6 months ago, I was told that its a very good oven but when I started using it I found that its not a worth buy.
It is user friendly, it has a good design and it got fit in my kitchen easily but its durability is not perfect many time when we use it, it rotating plate stuck and wont work.
I am not sure about its guarantee and I dont think it will lasts long. Although style and design is good but power of consumption is very high.
I have contacted the service & support department but they didn’t give any positive response. I am not satisfied with this product and I will not recommend it to anyone.
