Went there with a lot of expectations and was left disappointed. The place is very well furnished and the service was top notch but the food was terrible. We had the dinner buffet but the choices of mains were limited and the food was bland and uncharacteristic. The dessert counter was a disappointment with limited options and everything tasted the same.
The worst of all was the pasta counter.Undoubtebly the worst pasta I had in my entire life. The pasta was under- cooked and under-seasoned.If this is the standard crown plaza have in cochin, I really would not be surprised if they shut down really soon.
