We started consulting this hospital for our second baby during the early pregnancy. First few appointments were ok. The next appointment that was taken on 11th Aug at 10.30 for NT scan and 11.30 with the Doctor. We got a call from the hospital saying that the scan doctor will not be available hence cancelling the scan appointment and if we want they provide appointment on Monday. I explained them we both were working, Monday will not work out. And also without scan report there is no use in consulting the doctor also. They said, they can not do anything on that.
My wife is on 13 th week, she had to take NT scan and we can not wait until next Saturday. So we had to go to doctor’s diagnostics and had to wait for 4 hours (believe me) for our turn to come. Then we have taken a doctor’s appointment on Aug 15th. During the fixing the appointment, I asked them since it s falling on independence day whether doctor would be available or not. They said, we don’t know now, still we are taking the appointment. If DR is not available, we will let you know by Monday (Aug 13). Monday whole day I did not get any call. Then I called them on Tuesday morning to find out, They again said, DR is busy and we can not check now.
We would let you know before 4.00 pm today (Aug 14). I waited upto 5.30 pm and no call from them. I called them again, after 2-3 people was speaking to me , then finally informed me that DR wont be available hence cancelling the appointment. Then I ve requested to reschedule the appointment to Saturday. They said, DR will not be available on that day. Then I asked some other doctor on the same Wednesday. They said, all appointments are full we can not accommodate you. I was pissed off and wanted to talk to the manager or PRO and asked them to connect to either one of them.They asked me hold, and started chatting and laughing with other staffs with out on mute or hold. After 3 minutes of holding, they said, PRO will call me back.
Expecting mothers, please do not go to this hospital. They do not have any sense. They are not sensitive also.
