Moti Mahal Deluxe is located infront of Hira Halwai in the HDFC Building, between dhobighat chauraha and AG Office chauraha.
I have visited this restaurant twice. I will share both experiences.
On the first occasion I visited with my family and everything was okay but the waiters over there don't listen to the orders properly and then later on blame the customer that you didn't order the particular item. Same happened with us that my wife ordered a veg soup but they didn't deliver and later on argued that she didn't ordered. When we showed our dissatisfaction in the feedback form then also the waiters questioned a bit authoritatively to improve our feedback ( such thing shouldn't have happened) . Overall politeness was missing.
On the second occasion I visited with family friends keeping in mind the last experience but I let it go because food served the other day was good. This time again they were about to miss an order. When I asked them to repeat the order one item was missing, but added later on. This time the food served by them was nightmarish. We had ordered Chicken gravy item, veg gravy item, chicken biryani and some veg kebabs, I was surprised that each item which was good the other day was not even half of it's quality. The chicken pieces were very hard and even were stinking. Paneer item was tasteless. Biryani was like spiceless. Our evening got spoiled and I was blamed by my family friends as to why I suggested them to visit this place.
Above all this restaurant is very costly.
