We stayed there for three days and also have been customers since a very long time. We have seen right before our eyes the quality of service deteriorate . The staff have started to behave very cheap and service seems to be provided out of grudge. The only polite staff in the hotel is the bell boy and maintenance team. The waiters, manager, receptionist and almost everyone else were at their rudest best. The hotel had a few power problems and a lady guest was stuck in the elevator . Wait, heres the worst part, the guest was helped out and the staff burst into laughter and the manager seemed to do nothing about it.
The hotel was nothing like this 10 years ago and has be on the downhill since!.
