Good company to work with still doesnt understand what is good for the company and what not. if market is down and company is not doing well - they will through the good and young people out and keep those who are really the burden for the company and will be for their whole life.
Company will take few seconds to through you out regardless your performance and commitment to company.
Lot of thing can improve if senior management want but the bad thing is senior guys do not want to interfere.
My only suggestion to my previous company is -
Please remember.
"strong and honest people love and carry their companys burden on their shoulders whenever the company is in trouble or need them"
"The employees who are week and greedy becomes burden on company and good companies? carry this burden on it shoulder" which is actually happening.
