First of all they manipulate markets and doing wrong activites so even if you are profitable trader you will lose money.
I closed my account with them just because of this issue and I have proof for that they did it 3 times than I realize and save proof.
they never pickup your calls so whom you will complaint?
I request to all traders please avoid this broker, despite charging huge brokerage they are manipulating market prices.
