I have opened an online trading A/C with MOTILAL OSWAL two months back. Then I searched for various options like SHAREKHAN, INDIABULLS, KOTAK etc. Finally I decided to open the account with MOTILAL OSWAL.
Now, I feel I made the right choice. After submitting the relevant documents; they have activated my account within a week. The site is very fast in sending the orders and the customer service is also good. Top of all is the INVESTMENT STRATEGIES given by Mr. RAMDEO AGARWAL who is one of the best investment experts in INDIA. These strategies would be send to your e-mail id weekly or monthly. Then, everyday exactly at 9.30a.m.
They would send you the trading tips to your e-mail id. I had some issues regarding MUTUAL FUNDS LINK a month back. I contacted the customer care and it has been resolved by them within 2 days. The brokerage they charge is also reasonable compared to their service; that is 0.5% for cash and delivery whereas ICICI DIRECT charges 0.75% for cash and delivery. Summing it up all; I would strongly recommend MOTILAL OSWAL to my friends; who are interested in opening an online trading account.
