Motlal Ostwal is a cheater company, they and their sales person cheating to their client with brokerage charges and even the advisory person assign to each client is of no use he never reply to the call and I never get any recommendation or any any help with regards to equity trading, I don’t why they fool the client by assigning the advisory person . I never thought that such a big brand will do this kind of work to earn the money.I recently started the equity trading and I had very bad experience with sales person’s unprofessional behavior, When I inquire about high brokerage charges he replied that minimum charges of 25 rs is applied, hence you are seeing these high brokerage charges in contract note.when I asked why you haven’t informed me the same at the time of account opening then he reply with very unexpected and unprofessionally that " we assume client is aware of minimum charges".There are other discounted brokerage firm which are more professional and more transparent with regards to trading charges like Zerodha .They doesn’t charge even single penny for equity delivery trading and very less amount for Intra-day trading.So its my appeal to the reader never go with the brand name(specially Motilal Ostwal), go with the transparent and technologically evolved brokerage firm,
