C350 : Great Looks, Good Performance

Just bought a new Motorola C350. The first thing that struck me about the phone is its stunning look ( silver color ) and its light weight. Its very easy to hold and handle.

A few pros about the phone

# Colour Screen / Polyphonic Sound

# At least 10 polyphonic tunes come with the piece

# An excellent feature is - MotoMixer, that allows you to mix music. There are 2 base

tracks provided with the phone. We can play them and then mix the track by

switching on and off instruments and varying the pitch.

# The sound reception quality is very good. Audible even in crowded places.

# Calculator & extended Date Book- where u can enter multiple tasks and have a

reminder. This reminder can be used as an Alarm also.

# Another good feature allows us to change the order of menu items. ie., we can

have Messages -> Phone Book one day and Phone Book -> Messages on

another.

A few cons about the phone

# Most service providers do not provide support C350 for ringtone & graphics

downloads. I confirmed with a motorola service center guy here and he said

that Motorola phones come with a different network setting and so C350

handset is not supported by Airtel, Hutch or any other for downloads.

# Sound Quality is good, but sometimes there is jarring ( whistle like sound )

especially when communicating mobile to mobile

# The phone is WAP enabled but service providers do no support C350 handset.

# Only 2 base tracks, and download is not supported so we have to mix only those

limited base tracks using the MotoMixer.
