It is really amazing that a company like Motorola managed to release a pathetic instrument like this in the market.
I am really disappointed. After being loyal to this brand for around 10 years now I have given up on this company as a whole.
WHY?
Pathetic battery back-up (this is the least of my woes)
It just freezes whenever it wants to. Even while you are in a call and it is quite frequent
Its touch screen is so amazingly inaccurate that 30% of the times you will end up dialing the wrong contact (especially in the call register)
The screen will just not respond even when the phone is not locked so it can take 120 seconds for you to dial 10 digits!!
You cant delete contact you dont want unless you connect it to the computer and then too it is so slow that after two operations you loose the patience.
If after using the instrument for just 5 months my I can spot so many issues, I am sure they found many more issues in basic usage in their R&D facility itself. It just shows that the management is ready to swindle you.
Really dissapointed!
