Don’t go for motorola. Worst customer experience ever. I bought the motorola defy plus in august 2012, and by November the phone had started showing problems. When it was not switching on, I gave it to a customer care center in Secunderabad, India and it has been one and a half moth since.


I have not received my phone yet, and whenever I call them they say it is a pcb replacement issue and they had requested motorola for a spare and have not yet received it. It seems it is taking ages to get a simple pcb replacement. There is no wonder why nobody is choosing motorola now.


You are not even bothering about your customers. And, for the record, I still have not received my phone from the customer care which I gave on 20th November, 2012.
