Motorola Moto C plus offers a lot according to Motorola, like stellar battery life, stock android, good build quality but its far from perfect. The 5inch 720p display neither too good nor too bad, the build is also so so as it is too heavy and made of plastic. The Mediatek MT6737 processor with 1.3ghz along with 2GB RAM gives rather mediocre performance. The 16GB internal memory with just expandable upto 32GB does not help the phone to stand with the competitors.
The lack of sensors are also bad omission. The 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras are ok, only plus point is the front flash. The stock android with timely updates is the best part of the phone. The 4000MAh battery gives stellar battery life but competitor like Redmi 4 also provides that. So, go for it if u want stock android and great battery life otherwise competitors are far better than this.
