I am writing this review to bring awareness on this product. I had it replaced once and facing same subject mentioned issue with the second handset. Certainly, I am not happy with the product. The first handset had speaker problem - distorted voice and music and mic problem - other person complains of low voice.
I had it replaced, thanks to Flipkart 30 day return policy. Though I had to go through the online phone test using a software Flipkart technician used over the call. But it was verified that phone had issues.
The second handset started providing same problems(speaker & mic) on 2nd day of usage. I had requested for a refund now. I am sure the replacement won’t really help since it will bring the same problem once I start using it.
I am waiting for Flipkart’s response on refund. And I am only expecting a refund now, and not a replacement.
The reason of this review is to sensitize you all, that buying this product might bring similar challenges to you. My review should influence your buy decision for this product only and not effect Flipkart in anyway.
