The new Moto E although based around the same egronomic design as the 1st generation Moto E, with the same curves and groove has been upgraded significantly.
I bought it back in the late 2015, when it had just been released and I must say, even after 1 and a half years, it continues to surprise me with its performance which is just like it is taken out of the box for the first time everyday.
Back then, it was one of the first phones with 4g Volte support and I was lucky because right after an year Reliance started the Jio 4g network with free internet and calls and I just had the perfect device to use the 4g services too !
I didnt have to buy a new phone with 4g like my other friends had to do. Good save, wasnt it? !
Calls on both 4g volte and 2g network remain crystal clear even with low signal reception.
The phone has such a design and screen size ( just 4.5 inches) that it feels perfect in the hand.
Neither too big nor too small.
The display despite not being a HD one is quite bright and crisp enough for games and Video playback.
So thumbs up!
It comes with a quad core snapdragon 410 processor which is well a mid range one. But it handles everyday tasks and apps with so much ease that you sometimes think you have got an awesome hell of a deal by purchasing this.
The limited 1 GB RAM might seem less for todays generation but the software optimisation and the near stock OS makes up for the RAM.
Also this phone has gotten a lot of updates ( upto Marshmallow 6.0) in the past which again contribute to the awesome experience you get with it.
Talking about durability, the gorilla glass and the rock-strong build it has makes it less vulnerable to occasional scratches and drops
In my experience, I have dropped it almost a gazillion times and other than minute blunt dents here and there, the phone is still intact.
Do I need to tell you more about its value for money?
I have already said enough. Period.
