Bought the Moto E almost 2 months ago. Its working like charm. It runs smooth, Android Kitkat is brilliant. It does not get stuck, good battery life.
Better not to play high-end games as it might slow down the phone a bit and the battery drains out quickly. But for rest of the apps its perfect. You even get Corning Gorilla Glass which is awesome at this price. The build quality is superb to say the least.
