I bought this phone from flipkart in August 2014. It’s been 1 year 9 months since then. It cost me around seven thousand bucks then( Rs. 7, 000) . I have been facing a lot many problems in this phone. Number one would be it’s low internal memory space. 4gb ROM proves to be far less in terms of capacity and a lot many important apps cannot be downloaded as a result of this. I do have a microSD card of 16 GBs but that doen’t help as any application first has to be downloaded in the internal memory, and only after it is downloaded, can it be moved to the external memory card. Now since 4gb memory is grossly insufficient, so I cannot download new apps anymore.
Second problem is what a lot many other users of this phone is also facing. It hangs a lot and suddenly shuts down. This happens frequently and gets extremely frustrating at times.
Third is it’s poor camera quality. I’ve almost stopped taking photographs from this cellphone. It doesn’t have flash or front camera. And it’s primary camera that boasts of 5mp image resolution captutes really unclear images. The only time it works okay is if you take the picture during sunlight.
Fourth would be it’s battery backup where it performs most poorly. I must confess that it was okay initially but now I am facing a lot many problems with this. The charger they provided doen’t work anymore. So I have to use a different one. And the battery gets drained up too soon. It regularly needs to be charged day in and day out which is very problematic for an avid mobile user like me.
As a user of around two years now, I wouldn’t recommend this phone.
