I have been using this phone since two years now. Here are the problems I have faced from the beginning(and continue to face) regularly over the course of the two years:
Bluetooth connectivity is weak, keeps dropping the connection from various devices(bluetooth speakers, car, other phones etc)
Volume bar randomly decides that it is there to stay(it doesn’t disappear, as it should, after a few seconds). Only remedy is to reboot the device. This happens regularly enough to be a hindrance.
Only ear/headphones work. Whenever I try to plug in an aux cable(2.5mm RCA) to play media on another speaker, regardless of what app is being used on the phone(Google Play, Apple Music, YouTube), the media keeps pausing. It is impossible to play anything through my phone on another speaker. Tried all troubleshooting possibilities, no cigar.
I often have to make the same call twice(at least, some times thrice) before the person at the other end can hear me. Generally speaking, network issues galore with this phone(I’m an Airtel user in the heart of Ahmedabad; other Airtel users here have zero network problems on their devices).
Overall, these things(points 1 to 3) are very important to me, as listening to music is part of my work.
I will probably never buy another Moto/Lenovo phone again.
