1.Processor: Moto e4 plus use MT6737 which quad core 1.3Ghz in this respect Redmi 4 use little better processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 of 1.4Ghz octa core. Both use 28nm transistor of ARM architecture . The system on a chip(SoC) has an integrated LTE cellular chip. LTE is capable of downloading at faster speeds than older, 3G technology. So the processor is over all good.
2.Battery: it has given 5000mAH battery with quick charging facility which is very which is a great facility. As it has given MT6737 processor which use 28nm transistor. It will take little more charge and this will be compensated by huge capacity battery.
3.It has separate memory slot besides dual SIM slot. Which is also preferable for indian customer.
4.3GM ram and 32 GB internal memory is good enough.
5.It does not suppor t Full HD but supports HD which is ok for normal user.
6.13MP rear camera and 5 MP front camera with both flash in rear and front which is good enough for normal use. In dark picture quality is little low but not that bad.

It support OTG and VOLTE.
5.5 " display with metal body also good enough.
10. water-repellent Nanocoating protects your phone inside and out splash of water though it is not fully water resistant.
- It has also finger print sensor.
One problem here is that the touch screen does not work smoothly while mobile is connected with charger. Excep that other time it works ok.
After using about one week whatever I have realized that in this price of 9999 it is best choice to buy this product compare to other for normal use. So if you think to buy a phone for normal use in this range then I suggest without hesitation go for it.
