Motorola has launched its new Moto G smartphone, best known as Moto G 3rd Generation. This new mobile phone from the company is an improved version over its predecessors. It comes with much improved 13MP rear camera and includes an amazing 5MP front camera that manages to click some good selfies.
It has been added with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 410(MSM8916) processor with 1.4 GHz quad-core CPU and runs on latest Android 5.1.1(Lollipop) OS. The handset is available in two models: with 1GB RAM and 2GB RAM; and costs Rs. 11999 and 12999 respectively.
Whats new in Moto G3 is that t comes with IPX7 Rating, which makes it resistant to water. This makes Moto G3 first ever affordable phone to come with water resistant features. Other thing that might interest consumers is the availability of 4G LTE connection. Everything looks quite impressive in new Moto G, but again its 5 inch IPS LCD Touch Screen disappoints a bit. There is no upgrade on display part. It comes with the same 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. I was wishing something better in new Moto G. Still, the display seemed decent enough.
The performance was great, and as I had 2GB RAM variant, the handset ran pretty smoothly and was able to play most of the graphics intensive games. The multitasking was good and I hardly noticed any lags. And you might love this, the new Moto G comes with gesture motion features too. Chop-chop the handset to activate the flashlight and twist the device to open the camera app.
For Rs. 12999, Moto G3 isnt a bad deal, and I positively recommend this to everyone looking for a good affordable smartphone with high-end features.
