If there was a lower rating, I’d give it. This device is non-intuitive and therefore unnecessarily difficult to use. The icons that denote missed phone calls and waiting texts NEVER go away and are therefore USELESS. An unwanted app has to be installed for virtually every function, organizing photos, making and retaining notes, etc. - functions and features that were built-in even on the cheapest phones I’ve ever had before. Every time I pick up this piece of garbage, there’s a new aggravation to deal with. I switched to T-Mobile and obtained this phone to escape the unrelenting incompetence of MetroPCS, but even their$50 phone is more reliable and intuitive than this Moto G TRASH.
