Motorola service really troubles customer. I recommend not to buy Motorola phones because if your phone get broken or something like that no one will help you & not only that you will be ill treated by service center people.
Motorola customer care will keep passing on the bug to service centre & service centre will do a vice versa.My phone display got broken in month of August & I have submitted my phone to service centre on 22nd August for repair but till now I havent received my phone.
Not only that I have been ill treated by service centre & till now I dont have any information when I will get my phone back. Whenever I call service centre(note:-you have to dial there number at least 40 to 50 time for them to take your call) they tell me to call them back only after 15 days as they dont have parts for the same or to call Motorala customer care.
Whenever I call motorola customer care they will put my call on a long hold so that they can seek clarification from service centre which never respon to them as well.The basic funda what I have gauged out of this incident is that they will frustrate you to such an extent that you stop asking for product back.So I suggest better not to buy it rather than suffering later.
