I have a moto g turbo .It is very similar to the moto G3 but it have 1.5Ghz octa core snapdragon CPU and Quick charging support with Moto turbocharger.
-> My friend have a moto g3 of 2 gb model and their bettery drains faster.
-> But my moto g turbo have same power of battery and it backup is longer then moto g3 .
-> moto g turbo is really faster then g3.
