I got a phone with manufacturing defect. On the 15th day of purchase I got that software crash problem where nobody could reach me on both of my sims as it gave a busy tone continually, notifications did not work, settings did not work, app didnt work, back button didnt work, factory reset didnt work and all data were lost. I gave the phone to the service centre, they thought they fixed the problem. I got my handset back from the service in 4 days. Again after 7 days, I got the same problem, again gave the phone to service centre. After receiving, I had the same problem after 5 days. I asked them to guarantee that this issue wont repeat after third time of service. But, they were so reluctant to utter a word if guarantee. I called amazon and explained my issue. They said they cant replace or refund because the return window is closed. Amazon gave me a totally damaged phone. I wasted ?13500 completely for a dummy phone. Now it is just two months only since I got the phone. I had it on the service centre most of the time than I had it in my hands in these two months. Amazon is selling products with manufacturing defects. And is not taking back if the user finds it. Now I understood why they keep 7 days return policy, that is to sell out damaged products and earn money. When the product showed up with irrepairable bugs, it was already 7 days past. They could keep at least 30 days return policy, may be through which customers like me could be benefitted. I lost a good sum of money. I could not even use the phone for one full month continuously. Very bad experience with amazon product and their attitude towards customer. They sold a irrepairable product to me for 13500.
