On this, the service center and the customer care say that There is not such a big issue. Yes if the battery is not backed up if the battery is turned on So this is the problem of battery. If you keep using mobile time, if the battery keeps moving quickly, then this is a problem.
According to me, after removing the battery, put it on again but its charging should not descend. So I say that the Moto G5 mobile battery backup is not right.
