I have MotoG5S Plus and Motorola One mobile, both mobiles are not compatible with Sennheiser SP20 ML speaker with 3.5 mm jack. However, Sennheiser speaker is working fine with all other mobiles(Samsung, Huawei, iPhone, Honor, Lenovo, iPhone). I have contacted Motorola technical team but no response, they have issue with 3.5 mm jack configuration in their all mobiles and hence not compatible with many speakers.
