I have had a cell phone since the first tower was erected in my area. I have had what is now called Verizon then I switched to Cingular(now the new AT&T). Somewhere I lost my sanity. Especially since doing the same thing over and over expecting different results is a good definition.
My first Motorola RAZR just quit working with the new AT&T. So I had a choice wait three days and get a replacement or upgrade to the "new" RAZR(about the time the I-Phone came out). As a medical professional, I had to have a replacement phone right away. Besides I had a family member dying with cancer: AT&T did not care.
Today to my horror, all the keys quit working on my RAZR purchased as a replacement in June 2006. So I called the new good old bell system who was insistent that I had somehow made the Motorola(junk) they sell defective. I cosmetic piece had fallen off the key pad so they wanted me to use the phone insurance. After arguing with them, and finding the cosmetic piece they agreed to send me another phone under warranty for; however, it would cost$12.00 to expedite shipping. Of course they state they will charge me about$200.00 for the replacement phone if they find out it was damaged by me.
In this forum I will not go into the Motorola Blue Tooth issues which are equally bad.
The RAZR Models are junk or the carrier and Motorola is making a killing. I will never purchase another Motorola product, recommend or authorize the purchase of a Motorola cheap A## product again in my life. I probably will change carriers as soon as the contracts are up. 4 RAZRs BAD!
