It was a big mistake I gave my Motorola phone for service to the Fine Fone Solutions Jayanagar. Its almost about 1.5 months now that my phone is with them and they are still not giving it back to me.
They say that my handset is with Motorola and they will give me a call when the phone arrives. But when will that happen? Should I wait for one year to get the phone repaired?
Both Motorola and Fine Fone Solutions are my worst mistake and I will never go them from now on, neither will I buy any Motorola product.
And yes, I will spread this dissatisfaction wherever I can. I will write blogs, share on facebook and do whatever I can to stop people from using Motorola phone and the service center. I won’t let you cheat the customers who paid for your products!
