My brother bought moto x play from an online store and he has been using it for a long time now. The phone is good, display, ram, processor all works well and also gaming is good but what got him in trouble that made him dislike this phone is its durability .his phone fell down for the first time and the screen was all with cracks.
Just a height and 18000 phone got cracks on screen, he had to run alot times to service center to get it repaired but at last when the screen was available.it cost him around 7000 .nearly half of its price .what could u expect from a phone between 15k to 20 k without a metal or protective body to safegaurd its phone or a screen protection.
Other than that phone easily gets heated up while your working so you cant work on this long hours. Loud speaker works fine but not clear with headphones on. Rear camera got 21 MP but the snaps never seemed like 21 MP.
Even my mobile snaps of 13 MP were better than his. Could have been more improvements done on this phone at this price point.
