I loved the phone, phone is not a problem. It had a wifi issue, with sorted out in a week, but while returning back my phone, the service center guys broke the back panel of the phone. Since then it has been 2 months that I am coordinating with "Customer Care", "Thane Service Center", "Area Manager"
It is pathetic service. They just fake promise that they will give call back. Every time I need to call them. Its a daily routine to call them 2-3 times in a day.
Still they havent fix the issue. They are just saying that, part is not available. Since 2 months cant they fix this issue? I am hope less. Going to complaint at consumer court.
